About us

We are David and Markus, two brothers who have been crafting audio worlds for games for over 10 years now. We specialize in music composition and production, sound design, and audio implementation.

It all started out in our childhood, when we made music together and played tons of games at night when we should've been in bed.
We played in an indie pop band named Francis International Airport in our younger years, co-producing three albums and spending a lot of time in studios (and playing live shows all over Europe), whilst also working in game dev for several companies. Growing up, we now have a background that ranges from game development to sound design and music composition, and we are based in the beautiful City of Vienna / Austria.

In 2015 we decided it was time for something new, something where we could combine our love of creating audio with our passion for interactive media.
So Wobblersound was born.

To date, Wobblersound has created music and sound design for over 20 games and interactive projects.

David

Technical Sound Design / Sound Design / Implementation

Sound design and Audio Implementation "wunder-wuzzi", loves to create out-of-the-ordinary sounds.
Has a background as a game programmer, which helps to find the right needs & words on the technical side. Creating Sounds, Technical Sound Design in Middlewares (FMOD, Wwise, etc.) as well as in-Engine Implementation is part the daily work.

Markus

Composition / Sound Design / Foley

Professional DAW mangler and instrument maestro.
Always keen to combine music & sounds to a holistic entity (You'd be surprised how many instruments are hidden amongst our SFX).
In day-to-day business composing interactive musical landscapes and creating plugin chains to make a sonic boom out of a whisper.
